The foundation board of Inter Pensionskasse defines annually together with the BVG experts the investment strategy and decide the interest payment. The interest rate is based on the specifications of the Federal Council of Switzerland, the reserves of the foundation and the joint returns achieved.

Inter Pensionskasse is governed by the “Stiftung Verhaltenskodex in der beruflichen Vorsorge”, the Swiss code of conduct for occupational benefit funds. The code should contribute towards assets for benefits being used solely for their purpose and preventing misuse of the investments and management of such assets.
